Kai’Sa’s attacks detonate Plasma at 4 stacks, dealing bonus damage equal to ( + )% of the target’s missing health (max: 400 against monsters). The high-risk, high-reward marksman can cover large distances extremely quickly, and upgrades her abilities based on her bonus stats.
